Classes and Groups

At Sunderland Talking Therapies we offer a wide range of self-help classes to help with a number of common mental health difficulties such as low mood, anxiety and stress.

Engaging in the classes/groups will help you to:

  • Learn more about common symptoms and how they affect you
  • Learn effective coping strategies to help to improve your wellbeing
  • Cope better with any future difficulties and be well prepared for any future treatment

Those that attend the group, are not under any pressure to contribute or discuss their difficulties with the rest of the group.
