NHS Sunderland Talking Therapies (The service) is provided in partnership between, Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust, Sunderland Counselling Service, Sunderland MIND and Washington MIND. As a body established under statute with functions to provide goods and services for the purposes of the health service in England. In order to fulfil these functions, the Service needs to collect and process certain information about you (‘personal data’).

This makes the Service a ‘data controller’ for the information that the Service collects and processes about you and makes you the ‘data subject’. Maintaining the right of confidentiality to individuals is an important commitment for the Service. The Service also aims to be open and transparent about how it is handling the public’s personal data and restore their sense of control over their personal data.

Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Sunderland Talking Therapies collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information obtained from visitors (“you” or “your”) of sunderlandtalkingtherapies.co.uk (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge and accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Media
